Design and engineering
Our engineering team works directly with customers from the early design stage to understand source-water quality, required product-water standards, flow and capacity, redundancy, facility constraints, controls, distribution, and long-term service requirements. H2O Solutions applies mechanical and electrical engineering, AutoCAD, controls expertise, and decades of high purity water experience to develop the right system for the application.
System fabrication
H2O Solutions fabricates packaged high purity water systems that can be skid-mounted, pre-piped, and pre-wired with integrated PLC-based control panels. Our systems incorporate technologies including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, deionization, EDI, UV treatment, instrumentation, storage, pumps, and final filtration as required.
High purity piping and installation
Our fabrication and installation teams work with piping materials including PVC, polypropylene, PVDF, and stainless steel. Personnel are trained in applicable high purity joining methods including socket fusion, infrared butt fusion, bead-and-crevice-free fusion, and sanitary stainless-steel fabrication. On site, our team handles equipment placement, interconnection, startup, sanitization, performance testing, and operator training.
